The Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Program
Training at Atlantic Culinary Academy, Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Program in the United States combines demonstration classes followed by hands-on practical courses in professionally equipped, modern kitchens. The curriculum comprises one of the world's most intensive, practical and comprehensive training programs of the highest quality. Courses are taught at succeeding levels under the technical guidance and close supervision of skilled Chefs. Students are encouraged to explore their own styles, creativity and cultural background.
For over a century, Le Cordon Bleu has grown to become a leading authority on culinary techniques, training and development. In 1984, André J. Cointreau acquired Le Cordon Bleu, strengthened the curriculum, recruited the finest Chefs of France and relocated the Paris school. He acquired the London school and opened another school in Tokyo and culinary centers in Ottawa and Sydney. Over the years Le Cordon Bleu has welcomed well-known personalities such as Dustin Hoffman and his family, Anne Willan, Nathalie Dupree, Diona Lucas, John Boorman and Ronald Reagan, Jr. With a friendly and innovative spirit, Le Cordon Bleu continues to offer its students the most intensive culinary training available.

Financial Aid is a process that many of our students utilize. Every student needs a plan for paying for their education. While some pay by cash, many students use financial aid to help with their college costs. Our friendly Financial Aid staff is available to assist you through the financial aid application process. We are committed to helping every student, whether applying for financial aid or paying by cash, in completing their financial aid plan. We've helped many students just like you.
